STANDARD AND REINFORCED LOADER BUCKETS

We offer standard and reinforced buckets with capacity of up to 8 m³. These buckets are made entirely of high strength steel (S355) including Hardox 250 steel workmanship. Reinforced bucket versions with additional covers and workpieces made of hard-wearing steel sheets with a hardness of 400-500 HB are also available. These buckets can be fitted with any tooth system made by a reputable manufacturer or replaceable blades that are made of hard wearing materials.

ROCK LOADER BUCKETS

We offer reinforced construction buckets with extra bottom and side bucket covers and replaceable interdental covers. The bucket is made of high strength steel S355, cover elements and blades are made of hard-wearing steel with a hardness of 400-600 HB. We offer rock buckets with straight blade and delta type.

LOADER BUCKETS FOR HOT SLAG

These buckets are designed to evacuate hot slag from blast furnaces. This bucket is made of high strength steel S355, cover elements and working blades of hard-wearing steel with a hardness of 400-500 HB. Bucket bottom and cover elements directly exposed to high temperature are made of boiler plate.

VOLUMETRIC LOADER BUCKETS

We offer volumetric loader buckets of capacity up to 15 m³. These buckets are used for light materials handling such as coal, fertilizers, municipal waste, sawdust, etc. The increased bucket volume allows to maximize the use of the wheel loader when working with lightweight materials.

LOADER BUCKETS WITH PRESSURE FLAP

Buckets with pressure flap are designed for rubbish and other recyclable materials transportation. The hydraulically operated pressure flap makes sure that the diffusible and weathering material stays inside the bucket throughout the transporting stage. We offer buckets of capacity up to 8 m³ for all wheel loaders types.

HIGH TIP LOADER BUCKETS

The bucket is made of a support frame and a hinged shell that is driven by a hydraulic cylinder. This construction allows for a significant increase in the height of the wheel loader. This is important for loading into means of transport and for other types of storage tanks where the height exceeds the standard range of the loader . We offer buckets of up to 15 cubic meters with side and central cylinders for all types of wheel loaders.

SIDE TIP LOADER BUCKETS

The construction of the bucket allows the material to be transported to the side. We offer buckets with the pouring option to the left or right side. These buckets can be used for ditching or for loading of means of transport in a confined space. Those buckets can be fitted with any tooth system or replaceable blades that are made of hard wearing materials.

MULTI-PURPOSE LOADER BUCKETS

We offer multi-purpose bucket called 4x1. Bipartite construction allows to use this bucket for: pushing, scraping, high loading and grabbing. We offer multi-purpose buckets for all types of loaders and backhoe loaders.

AGRICULTURAL JAW BUCKETS

We offer jaw buckets, aka crocodiles for wheel loaders, telescopic loaders and agricultural tractors. This bucket is perfect for transporting agricultural crops such as straw, manure, etc. Hydraulically operated clamping jaws equipped with replaceable forged teeth ensure trouble-free transport and loose materials laoding. We offer a variety of bucket widths and bucket capacities tailored to customer requirements.

REINFORCED JAW BUCKETS

Perfect for transporting all kinds of waste including scrap. Hydraulically operated clamping jaw made of high strength steel, full bottom and removable lateral sides ensure long service life in extreme operating conditions. BUCKETS FOR MANURE TRANSPORT

Specially designed bucket bottom with profiled teeth. These buckets are ideal for manure transportation in large quantities, The shape of the bucket makes it very easy to load and empty the manure.

SKELETON LOADER BUCKETS

Buckets designed for the transport of construction debris or agricultural crops. The skeleton bottom of the bucket allows the pre-separation of the soil, sand and other fine particles from the main load. These buckets are made entirely of high strength steel (S355), and all cutting edges and side guards are made of hard-wearing plates.

BUCKETS FOR WOOD PULP

These buckets are designed for cleaning areas that are adjacent to conveyor belts. They are made entirely of high strength steel (S355), working elements are made of hard-wearing plates with the hardness of 400-500 HB.

BUCKETS FOR GRAIN PUSHER

These buckets are designed for pushing grain on stacks in warehouses. They are made entirely of high strength steel (S355). There is an optional working blade that is made of reinforced rubber.
